I've experimented and snipped off a mint, placed in a glass of water to see if it would sprout...and it DID! Since all the herbs seem to be growing fine, I wondered how I can transplant them over to grow in dirt, or if that was even possible...so since the mint sprouted I tried to do the same with the cilantro and basil. i have a feeling maybe the cilantro might sprout, but not the basil...but we'll see.
